This is an ideal pack for families who have room in the freezer to store more meat.
HOW MUCH FREEZER SPACE WILL I NEED?
- 50kg per 100 Lt - tightly packed
- 30kg per 100 Lt - loosely packed (allowing for some boxes or compartment arrangement so it is easy to get at your food)

There is approximately 90-100kg of actual meat in 1/2 cow (including bone in cuts), there’s plenty of choice for meals across all seasons.
Here are the average amounts of meat you get in 1/2 of a cow:

Final weight and quantities delivered may vary from beast to beast and also bone in and boneless cuts of the cow, however, we will always deliver you a minumum 90kg of packaged meat (including about 6-8kg of bones).
Our meat is from ethical, regenerative and organic cottage growers who operate humanely and holistically. We cut and package on-farm in Stanthorpe (a small 100% solar-run facility). The beef meat (except for processed or cured meats such as salamis, hams etc) is aged for 3-7 days then cut up and cryovac packed.

Products are cryovac vacum packed ready for your fridge or freezer. The weights are approximate only and will be adjusted if required at the time of packing.
