Buchi Beer? This is a twist on our traditional kombucha’s. Buchi Beer, with hops, molasses and sorghum, is a cultured, guilt-free, nutritious, delicious, alcohol free beer alternative. We use a hops flowers and sorghum (instead of the usual tea)and combine them with a Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast (commonly called a SCOBY or Mother) and molasses to make this Buchi Beer.
