Leavain Organic Bakery

Leavain Bakery is a Brisbane based baker of authentic artisan organic breads and patissirie using certified organic stone ground flours and leavain or sourdough as the leavening/culture agent. The breads and cakes also contain other certified organic and natural ingredients. The flours are organic and angcient grains including, almond meal, cocconut flour, spelt, wheat and rye. Leavain also gets their legendary flavours using real butter and organic sugar and eggs. 

Leavain Bakery has become an icon in the organic world because of the integrity, quality and taste of Terry Wilson's artisan baking skills which he learnt in France.
